Review
ImageSalsa is a program for generating digital images from one's WebCam. It captures images from your webcam and creates a series of jpeg images to be put onto a web page, for real-time streaming video, graphical and text overlays; the program also integrates with Virtual Weather Station to create real-time weather displays. You can import weather information directly from a home weather station. Moreover, ImageSalsa incorporates layers, effects, shadows, dynamic text, transparency, multiple images, and even video images from cameras. It enables you to take a dynamic image from the web for your application. In addition, it includes a scripting engine for powerful image-manipulation tasks. Users can write programs using VBScript to enhance the flexibility even further. ImageSalsa supports many video capture devices and many image formats. You can save the captured images to files, upload to an FTP server or place directly to the world-wide web using ImageSalsa's built-in web server for true real-time imaging. ImageSalsa works best with Windows NT, 2000 and XP. |
